Join as many as you’d like! There are three session each Monday so folks can join around the world. 🌍

  • A journal, notebook, or scrap paper

  • A pen or pencil

  • Or just go for a walk and reflect as you move

  • (Optional) A quiet space, but not required—this is about showing up, not being perfect
