Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to workshops, digital products, programs, and related services sold by Anne Stark Ditmeyer.

Products and services

The content, format, dates, duration, access period, and inclusions of each product or program are described on the relevant sales or checkout page.

Pre-recorded workshops and other digital products may provide immediate access to digital content following purchase.

Programs such as Mapping Your Path (MYP) may include a combination of digital content, live online sessions, recordings, resources, and community participation delivered over a defined period.

In-person workshops and events may be offered on specific dates and at specific locations. The applicable sales or checkout page will state the date, location, format, and principal inclusions.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

Where a payment plan is offered, the customer is committing to the full purchase price. A payment plan is not a monthly subscription and cannot simply be cancelled before the remaining payments have been made, subject to any statutory consumer rights.

Digital access

Digital content and materials are for the purchaser's individual use only and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used to teach or facilitate other people without prior written permission.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, customers may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to receiving immediate access and acknowledge that, once supply begins, they waive their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Where a service begins during an applicable withdrawal period at the customer's express request, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain governed by French and EU consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellations and refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise on the relevant sales page, purchases are non-refundable once any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired or has been validly waived.

Enrollment in a cohort-based program such as Mapping Your Path is a commitment to the full program. Missing sessions, choosing not to participate, or leaving the program early does not create a right to a refund or cancel remaining payments.

For in-person workshops and events, the cancellation, refund, or ticket-transfer conditions stated on the relevant sales or checkout page apply.

If a workshop or event is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a refund of the amount paid or, where appropriate, the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date. Unless required by applicable law, we are not responsible for incidental expenses such as travel or accommodation booked by participants.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, workshop videos, recordings, exercises, frameworks, worksheets, written materials, graphics, and other resources are the intellectual property of Anne Ditmeyer or are used with permission, and/or credited.

Purchase provides a personal, non-transferable right to use these materials. It does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, or commercially exploit them.

Changes

Occasionally, reasonable changes may be made to scheduling, delivery format, or program content. If a material change substantially affects something purchased, customers will be informed and applicable consumer rights will be respected.

Responsibility

Workshops and programs are provided for educational and personal or professional development purposes. No particular personal, professional, business, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed only where necessary to operate this website, process purchases, deliver workshops and programs, communicate with customers and participants, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

This information may include your name, email address, billing information, purchase history, and information you choose to provide when registering for or participating in a program.

Where necessary to provide these services, information may be processed by trusted third-party service providers, such as payment processors, course and checkout platforms, email providers, videoconferencing platforms, and other services used to deliver a purchased product or program. Payment card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored directly by us.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations.

If you separately choose to subscribe to marketing emails or a newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

In accordance with applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal information held about you, where applicable. You may also object to certain processing or exercise your right to data portability where applicable.
