Speaking Topics, Interactive Keynotes, & Workshop Themes
I bring an engaging, creative, dynamic, and interactive approach to speaking, workshops, and facilitated experiences.
TOPICS:
-
In this keynote, Anne reveals how creative constraints—from limited resources to unexpected roadblocks—can actually become catalysts for reimagining what’s possible. Drawing on personal stories from navigating French bureaucracy to pivoting her business during lockdowns, and the surprising legacy of her grandfather’s moonshot work, she invites audiences to embrace experimentation and lead with curiosity in times of uncertainty. This keynote is ideal for teams facing rapid change, decision fatigue, or complex challenges, offering a hopeful and strategic reframe to unlock forward momentum.
-
What if there was another way? Based on her book OVERRIDE!, this talk introduces a powerful framework designed to help leaders open awareness, name what’s really going on, and take aligned action toward meaningful change. Anne invites participants to reflect on the inner blocks, inherited systems, and learned behaviors that may be influencing how they lead and show up at work. Through supportive reframing, imagination, and creative prompts, attendees learn how to make space for possibility and lead with more clarity, courage, and purpose. This keynote is ideal for leadership teams, HR professionals, and forward-thinking organizations looking to evolve how they lead from within.
-
In this visual and practical keynote, Anne introduces mapping as a creative strategy to recognize where we are and navigate change. Through personal reflection and visual thinking, participants learn how to uncover what matters most, clarify next steps, and make more intentional decisions—even when the path isn’t linear. As a playful highlight, they’ll even map on a banana to connect in unexpected ways and shift perspective. This talk offers an energizing reframe for professionals feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, and it’s ideal for teams in transition, kicking off a strategic offsite, or looking to reignite momentum.
-
Inspired by a curiosity-led exploration to learn about her grandfather, Charles Stark Draper (born in 1901), who developed the inertial guidance systems that made it possible for us to get to the moon—and back, this keynote examines the human side of world-changing innovation. With a background in human-centered design, Anne has been uncovering his legacy through conversations with those who worked alongside him—revealing how collaboration, trust, and curiosity enabled extraordinary leaps forward. This talk integrates reflective exercises inspired by her grandfather’s life and work with gyroscopes to highlight co-creation as a competitive advantage—especially in an age shaped by artificial intelligence and accelerated change. It invites audiences to consider what it means to lead—and stay human—in an increasingly digital world.

“My team LOVED your FieldTrip! LOVED! Anne is so genuine, warm, and good at this. She is all heart. Consider me impressed!”
“We brought Anne to Austria to facilitate a workshop with 25 senior digital leaders — our first in-person gathering after the pandemic, following a major restructuring. Many participants were meeting for the first time, coming from different countries and with different working styles. Our goal was to leave with a set of values-based guiding principles to align the team and our way of working.
Anne showed real skill as a facilitator, particularly in navigating challenging moments and holding space for discomfort. She anticipated this in her kickoff, naming that blocks might arise throughout the day, which gave participants permission to stay engaged and work through them. In the end, the team co-created a set of principles they were proud of, and the energy in the room was palpable.”
“Anne’s masterful and engaging facilitation not only uplifted our team’s energy and connection, but left them thinking differently about how to approach their work and the tools to come up with creative ideas and solutions.”
“I’ve had the opportunity to experience Anne in action across very different settings—as a facilitator of her 3-month Mapping Your Path (online) program, as a creative collaborator in a custom-designed workshop in London, and leading a full-day session for aspiring business students preparing for their academic and professional journeys. Across all formats, Anne brings a rare ability to engage participants, spark meaningful reflection, and shift people out of their day-to-day mindset. Her sessions are refreshing, relevant, and designed to help people think differently—something every organization could benefit from. ”
“I loved working with you on the Scent Safari. You took a fledgling concept and gave it form and substance. You were able to read my thoughts and then take them to the next level. I was very impressed with the creative and pedagogical approach that went into structuring the day for optimal results.”
“Anne led the development and facilitation of a three-day workshop of 21 people from different corporate functions, levels, and countries. Throughout the design process and on-site execution of the workshop, Anne’s approach and style centered on creating connections that allowed people from different background to learn, share and co-create work plans to drive sustainability progress across our 20 global locations.
She helped ensure we met workshop outcomes, pivoted and adapted in the moment when topics inevitability needed more time for exploration and resolution, and helped create powerful moments of breakthrough thinking.
She infused creative moments in a fun and approachable manner for a more traditional corporate environment. This invited connection, helped build trust, new pathways of thinking and collaboration.
With her support we laid a solid foundation to move towards an enterprise mindset rather than a view of only our function or country, and improved our ways of working by learning and practicing different communication styles.
Finally, the creation of tools and processes during the workshop fostered a sense of belonging and common purpose. These continue 14 months post-workshop and importantly it remains a positive memory for attendees and reminder of the power of creating better together. ”
“I’ve had the delight of both participating in Anne’s online workshops and co-creating a self-hosted, in-person creative workshop with her in London. As a collaborator, she’s both easy and energizing to work with—thoughtful about the experience, responsive in the moment, and great at helping ideas come to life. Whether online or in person, Anne knows how to make all participants feel welcome and engaged, and leaves them refreshed and inspired.”
“You really listened [to our needs]..... Can you bring your gnome again? We loved that!”
