Cait Donovan is a burnout coach by way of her career as an acupuncturist and specialist in Chinese medicine. She invited me to be a guest on her podcast, Fried: the Burnout Podcast, as she explores the range of ways that burnout can come to a front and steps we can take to alleviate it, and avoid burnout from happening in the first place.

I’ve experienced burnout multiple times in my life, and it turns out my body gave me clues, even if I wasn’t ready to listen. I shared my experiences in my conversation with Cait, and chatted about what living in France has taught me about burnout.
